Data visualization concepts for AR

I was hired for this project by Afernow, an AR studio that creates both practical and entertainment experiences.  With a desire to explore new and interesting ways to communicate data in AR, Afternow asked me to help imagine, conceptualize, and create examples of data visualization for the Microsoft HoloLens.  The deliverables were twofold:  3D models representing the data, and rendered examples of the models in context. 

While I can't yet go into the specifics about the data and the logic behind their representation, I can share a couple examples of the 3D models and contextual images (shown above and below).
